With an expertise in nutrition and exercise physiology, I approach sports nutrition from a physiologic perspective using Circadian Rhythm Eating. This process taps into energy delicately balancing the performance edge while respecting the physical boundaries. For an athlete, physical fitness is only part of the equation. Nutrition and a healthy mindset are also keys to tapping into that energy. Understanding the interaction between these three aspects (fitness, nutrition and a healthy mindset) encourages athletes to perform at their peak potential performance.
